Charles O. Prince is Vice Chairman and Chairman of the firm's Board of advisors. He is the Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Inc. Prior to being Chairman and CEO of Citigroup, Mr. Prince was Chairman and CEO of Citi Markets & Banking, which provides corporations, governments, and institutional investors in more than 100 countries with corporate and investment banking, sales and trading, and transaction services. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Prince was Chief operating Officer of Citigroup. Mr. Prince began his career in 1975 as an attorney at U.S. Steel Corporation and in 1979 joined Commercial Credit Company (a predecessor company to Citi). Prince is a member of the Board of Directors of Johnson & Johnson and The Xerox Corporation. He is a Trustee of The Brookings Institution nd of The Juilliard School. He is a member of the Council on Foreign relations and the Business Council. Previously he also was co-chair of he New York City Partnership and chairman of the Financial Services forum, an association of 20 chief executive officers representing the largest and most diversified U.S. financial institutions. Mr. Prince also served as co-chair (representing the United States) of the TransAtlantic Business Dialogue (TABD), which offers an effective framework for enhanced cooperation between the transatlantic business community and the governments of the European Union and United States.
