The Legal Committee gathers French & American Attorneys-at-Law and General Counsels of French & American corporations based in France.  Its objective is to exchange about new Law projects and recent jurisprudential decisions recently approved which could have an impact on business.

 

The Tax Committee gathers French & American Attorneys-at-Law and French Tax Group Directors as well as Tax Managers of American companies established in France.  The objective is to have an interactive exchange on focused topics of Tax Laws, local, European or American which could impact Multinational Corporations.

 

The Human Ressources Think Tank is a committee which gathers Director of Human Resources from both French and American Corporations. Its objective is to identify the best practices in Human Resources and their implementation.
