Conference Management - Organisation de conférence

To help you achieve your international business goals EACC (France) is committed to organizing conferences on a wide range of themes focusing on current international affairs from the legal and economic points of view. Our regular speakers are experts in their respective fields of endeavor and members of the EACC (France).

Our objectives are :

To help align our members with the European American Business Community
To offer speakers who can address your interests with clarity and practicality
To promote speakers’ expertises thru their speaking engagements (their logo is mentioned on the invitation; their brochures are distributed to participants)
To assure that the speaker’s expertise is relevant to the interests of our members, a fair and positive evaluation by the participants is requested.

The EACC (France) deals with every aspect of the organization of the conference

Preparation of the mailings: We target companies and their executives according to your instructions. The EACC (France) will set up a list of contacts to which an invitation will be sent.
Preparing and sending the invitation
Registration of the attendees
Preparation of the file handed out to the attendees on the day of the conference. This file includes a list of attendees and the speaker's handouts
48 Hours before the date of the conference, a confirmation email will be sent to each registered person to remind them to confirm their attendance.
The day of the conference: Assistance by one or two people from the EACC (France)
Evaluation of the conference if required by you
Two weeks after the conference, debriefing with the speakers by the Executive Director and EACC’s team

The overall cost of the conference can be described as follows

Mailing: the cost varies according to the number of invitations you send (1 000 – 3 000…)
Catering: the cost varies according to the number of attendees
The EACC (France) fees: From 2 500 € VAT excl. to 3 000 VAT excl.
Stationary: paper, photocopies… the cost varies according to the number of invitations sent and people attending the conference.
